i have an blocked account and im trying to see when i go to the jugde to unblock the account will he or her bring up any pending debt that i owe?

Assuming this is one of those blocked accounts that's yours when you turn 18, you shouldn't need to see a judge, and if you do, any debt you may have acquired won't come up.
