Building Property Damage

Is the owner of a motor vehicle parked on business property liable for smoke damage to the building, if after starting the engine an unforseeable fire should occur in the engine compartment?

The damage should be covered either by the auto insurance or a homeowners or renters insurance. Report this claim immediately.
