Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Ca. Superior court/attorney at law
How does a plaintiff file documents with the court, as pertaining to ca., state statutes, against defense counsel, when defense counsel's conduct is reprehensible toward plaintiff, especially when defense counsel does accuse plaintiff of being a ''vexatious litigant'', under ccp s-391(b).

You file documents with the clerk. Are you trying to come up with causes of action against this attorney? If so, it doesn't sound like you have much. Did you file a response to the latest claim?
