California Superior Court Civil Matter form Interrogatories form number disc-001 is for Unlimited case only am I correct?

Yes. There are also form interrogatories for limited jurisdiction (i.e. economic litigation). However, only 35 discovery items -- including document requests -- are permitted in limited jurisdiction. In unlimited jurisdiction, any number of form interrogatories may be asked.
