Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

My car has both my name and my fathers name on the title seperated by OR~ I'm an adult but everytime I want to move out or have a disagrreement he refuses to let me take my car! Saying his name is on the title. The title has my name first & his 2nd like this ex:

my name

or

fathers name

zI'm moving out soon and need to know who legally owns the car? Or who has more legal rights to the car~ I drive it daily & am 1st on title
