Car rights

My father and i are both on the lease and contract of my car. He know want to take my car away from me Can he legally do that? Can he just take my car from me even though my name is on all the papers for the car?

You didn't state your age. Whether you are a minor or not has a lot to do with this.

If you are not a minor, he can take the car if you are in default on the loan.
