Case Mangement Conference

I have not received from the courts information on what the process is for a case management conference. I just happened to see on line and that's the only way I knew about it. The case mangement conference is on 4/16 and then on 4/21 I have a hearing for motion to transfer venue. I asked the court if I can reschedule the date but was told the plaintiff has to do that or agree not clear on that. The plaintiff 's attorney is not approachable and I'm representing myself pro per. Any help answering this would be very much appreciated.

Re: Case Mangement Conference

File a case management statement, found on the court's or Judicial Council's website. Make sure to mention in it that your motion for change of venue is scheduled for the following week. Show up for the case management conference.
