Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
i used a chevron carwash near my home. there was a windshield wiper blade snagged on the cloth of the brush that spins around the car.it damaged my car from front to back.mostly litte dents and scratches.one of the employees entered the wash and found the metal object.the manager had me get three estimates after she took pictures.she said it would be taken care of.after i submitted the estimates the manager refused to fix it.i emailed the corporate office, they spoke to the owner and he says its not his fault,but the vehicle that left the object.we dont know what car it came off of or when.the owner refuses to cooperate.do i go to small claims or what?

Make a claim on your insurance. The only other option is small claims.
