Hi - I reside next to a huge congregation and over the last 8yrs I have worked with the president of the congregation (elected yearly) to resolve disturbances late nights (3am) and ealry mornings among other issues. Each new president is willing to help, lots of promises, then I start over with new player so theyve beed stringing me along. These issues are causing me to loose sleep & awake my children often in the middle of the night - we can't even leave our windows open in the summer because it's so loud. Police ignore the calls. How do I find out what rights I have & what steps should I take. Other neighbors have issues but arent as motivated as I. Thanks

You should check with the city ordnances regarding noise and the zoning for the church.
