The defendant's lawyers filed 'Statement-Case Management'.

What does this mean. Do I wait till I get served and what should I do when I do get served?

I can't tell from your question whether 1) you are the plaintiff, you are acting as your own attorney and you have no idea what you are doing; or 2) you are a defendant and you haven't been served with the lawsuit yet. In either case it would behoove you to obtain face time with a lawyer. If #2 contact your insurance carrier as appropriate.
