Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Can a civil RICO Act claim (the federal Racketeering act) be properly pursued in a California superior court? I am talking specifically about obstruction of justice and racketeering, itself. Thanks!

The question is not whether you can pursue the causes of action in state court, but rather wether you have jurisdiction over the parties in California state court. Federal statutes often require some interstate activity. If you need to bring in parties domiciled out of California, you are probably better off proceeding in Federal court.
