Civil suit against son

My 21 year old son is being named as one of 6 defendants in a civil suit resulting in a faternity accident. Can I be sued as well?

We'd need quite a bit more detail to determine this. For instance, was this the result of a party at your house? Was he driving your car?

Merely providing financial support for an adult does not make one liable for their conduct. Parents are not liable for the conduct of adult children.
