class action lawsuit settlement
i was involved in a lass action lawsuit against caliber collision. It was an overtime lawsuit. I was not the one who filed it, but was included. We were paid a small part of the settlement at over 2 years ago. we were told we would get paid the rest at a later date. how do I find out when I will recieve the balance of the settlement.

You can contact the attorney who represented the class. If you do not know who the attorney was, I would try to contact the legal department at Caliber. They should be able to give you the contact information.

this was handled either by the California Labor Commissioner, the US Department of Labor or a private attorney. You need to figure out who represented you and contact them.
