Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Collusion between Chevrolet and the BBB

I own a 1966 Camaro that has been the subject of to two BBB arbitration proceedings. The Camaro is under original warranty and with an extention. Chevrolet's replacement trans did not correct the problem intended to be resolved. The second arbitration I lost 4/99. The arbitrator's decision contains false and misleading statements. Chevrolet did not provide any evidence to substantiate its claim that the trans was performing "to manufacturer's specifications". My family was at a safety risk becuase the trans leaked transmission fluid onto the catalytic converter. I have been the victim of collusion between the BBB and Chevrolet because of their mis-statements of fact and ignoring evidence presented and my requests made during arbitration to the end of avoiding correction of the transmission problem. I am seriously considering filing a complaint in federal district court. However, I am seeking some legal basis or actionable cause to do so. I view the actions by the BBB and Chevrolet as fraudulent with intent to deceive. I have been intentionally defrauded and wronged by the BBB and Chevrolet. I am seeking legal remedies for personal damages and the proper civil punishments.

Re: Collusion between Chevrolet and the BBB

I had a case where my client had purchased a vehicle

and the clutch went out five times. After goind through

arbitration, which is a complete waste of time, the client

hired us and even though he was never charged for the

repair work the dealership settled just to get him

to go away and to save themselves the attorney fees.

I would strongly suggest at least talking to some

attorney's about your case. I would be happy to

give you a free phone consultation at your convenience.

I can be reached at 805-546-9918 or you can email me at [email protected]

with your name and phone number and I would be happy

to call you at your convenience.
