Needed form for what? There are many different types of complaints, Federal or State Court jurisdiction, administrative agencies, claims requirements if claim against a governmental agency, different causes of action to allege, etc. No attorney or company is going to produce or can produce a site what without any charge will take you through ever possible issue that may arise. You can get general forms and advice on web sites, but attorney's practice law to make money, so you can not expect them to uncut totally their livelihood.

As Mr. Shers suggests, filing and prosecuting a lawsuit by yourself is fraught with risks and often may be penny wise and pound foolish. That said, the Judicial Council website contains all of the public forms it issues including complaints for breach of contract, unlawful detainer, and accidents. You can use a search engine to get there.
