Construction Deffects

Can a Attorney who hired experts on your behalf, who came and done inspection and investigation of your homes. Can they then be used as a netural expert, to do another inspection, on your home with the defendant, who has never done a inspection, of said homes, and plantiff split cost with the defendant. The defects that once was there are no longer there.

There is no way this is legal, I just want to make sure that something not right about the way this case is being handled.

Yes, it is legal, although you should disclose to the other side the prior relationship.
