Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

CONTINUED,i understand that i made a huge error in driving the car with an expired llicense, but my mom knew it was expired when she took me down to buy me this car. and heres the thing i know im responsible for any costs that occured with the towing, and the ticket i recieved. so if i pay her all of that am i entitled to my car? and even if she had said that when i got all that minor stuff fixed i could have the car back?

if you could give me advice on how i could fix this with her, or my rights if any to reclaim the car? and if you cant do that, then what are my chances of wining in a suit for the return of the car? PLEASE NO MORE OBVIOUS ANSWERS, SOME ACTUAL ADVICE ON RESOLVING THIS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU FOR THAKING THE TIME TO HELP FOOLISH ME....

How many times are you going to announce to the world on the internet what an ungrateful, irresponsible user and freeloader you are? Most of us here charge $300/hr or more for our legal advice. We give it away here for free to people who need and deserve it, not leeches who want to sue their mother for a gift they didn't deserve, and lost a day after they got it so that she had to spend her time and money bailing it out. If you want to fix it with her, grow a pair and become someone worthy of her. If you try suing her you will lose. You have no legal right to the car. Now go away.

It sounds like your mother has taken that helpless man to the cleaners. I am interested in representing him for financial abuse of an elder. Feel free to pass my information to him or his children. 323*782*0099
