Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Contract Breach/Judgement Collection

Finally filing unlimited civil nearing 4 year statute. Promissory note states simple interest 10% per year along with penalties 10% per year. Limit or cutoff to computing amounts requested on case forms? Also, Defendant boasts being ''judgement proof''. Doesn't own any non-exempt assets. We are curious about sources to locate any income, regardless of how small. Checking account, credit cards, retirement held by previous employer? Anything?
