Contract not honored

I have a signed contract that is not being honored anymore. Both parties agreed to the conditions of the contract at the time of signing. The amount owed is more than the small cliams limit.

Hello, you should contact a reputable attorney in your State/County so that he can negotiate and possibly file a lawsuit against the breaching party on your behalf.

If you can't afford an attorney, then at least sue in small claims for the small claims limit.
