Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
How can I get the correct address of the person I'm suing from the courts? I filed a civil suit against someone but the last know address I have is incorrect. Their current address is on file with the courts. Can I subpoena the courts for the address so I can continue with the civil suit?

The court does not have some vast database of people's "correct" addresses, and they don't run a skip trace service. Pay a skip trace service. If winning your lawsuit is important to you, consider retaining an attorney.

If you know in what County the lawsuit is filed, you may be able to search the database of people's names as a party and then go to the Court to look at the file where that person was a party.
