The above advice is sound. You need to seek out legal representation in any way possible. If you cannot afford it, find some free legal aid and good luck-Martin

If it is at all possible, your best bet - in my opinion - would be to represent to the judge that you have an attorney... bringing, of course, your attorney with you.

An apology to the court, with a statement that you hope that having to show up to the hearing (and lose earnings and time, etc) would respectfully be enough sanction against you.

The judge may be more lenient because you would now have representation (and, more likely than not, there would be no future 'bad motions').
