How do you defend against temporary restraining order?

Preferably by getting a lawyer. You need to either disprove the factual allegations against you or, if those allegations are true, demonstrate that you aren't a threat to the petitioner. To be more specific than this I would need to know more about the facts and allegations in your case.

Don't take this lightly. If the TRO is made permanent it can seriously impact your life for many years to come.
