Can a defendant of a matter in a foreign jurisdiction (Australia) enforce their order for costs in California?

Foreign judgments (including awards of costs) can usually be domesticated and enforced in California. There are exceptions, but I see no reason to think any of them applies here.
Likewise, judgments from American courts can usually be domesticated in other countries and enforced against parties and/or assets there.
