Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
If, during a depo, I tell what I discussed with an attorney who has never represented me, does it waive my right to confidentiality with attorneys who have represented me?

Probably not, but I would need more information before I could say one way or the other.
An attorney does not have to actually represent you in order to form a confidential attorney-client relationship with you. That a particular lawyer never represented you does not mean you have to reveal what you and she talked about. Whether you do will depend upon what you discussed and in what context. Other facts may matter as well.

It would if you told opposing counsel.
