Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
When doing a depo subpoena for business is it necessary to serve two copies on the consumer's attorney, one because a copy of the notice to the consumer is being sent to the consumer's attorney, and one because all parties need to receive a copy?

No. Service should be on the other party's attorney of the subpoena, copy of the notice to consumer, and proof of service.

One copy is sufficient to serve both purposes if the consumer and the party to the action are one and the same.
