Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Disconcertion of Character and Public Humility From Law Enforments.

Recently we had a neighbor that was arrested while comming home, and had his house raided by the police. We'll during this fiasco in which our house hold was not involved, The police officers blunty yelled out mulitiple times, ''No More Drugs, On This Streets, Apt. C'', ''No more vising, Apt. C'', and various comments about our house in efforts to embarass us we belive. (Apt. C is our home). We were not involved in any way with the police business that day, and we didnt do anything wrong. I belive the police were under the suspition that our house hold does drugs, or other anti-law act, and with there announcment, we were publicly humiliated in from of not only our close neighbors, but out entire street. Now, our as we leave our home, people look at us differently, as if we are bad people. Please, if you have any though that this can be pursued further, let me know.. We are now considering moving away from this area because of what they did to us, and it just inst right. On top of the raid, they left (the neighbor that got arrested) pet snake to roam freely amongse the premisis, until we were able to locate it and house the creature and further take care of it.. thank you.. We feel very violated, against the city and state! thanks

Is it that the police made an error as to the apt. c or did the police believe your family was involved? You may have a slander action if the police offices failed to act as reasonably prudent police officers. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
