Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I went to Disneyland in Buena Park, Ca. I wanted to watch the Fantasmic show at the Rivers Edge. I was told I had to leave my stroller back in the stroller area which I did. Upon return I found my stroller had been stolen. Security was not very helpful in taking a report, and I demanded to file with the local police which is stationed at Disneyland. In doing so I found out that the strollers are stollen quit a bit. Seems they (anaheim police) have caught people stealing the strollers and reselling them on Craigs list. Lost and found at Disneyland took my name and said they would call if they found it. The girl said we cant do nothing more your ticket says we are not reposible for lost or stolen items. First off I am an annual passholder so I did not get a ticket and the back of my pass does not say that. Secondly, since Disneyland is aware that they have an on going problem with stroller theft and they make you park it way from you, they do not secure it in anyway and take no precautions to stop the theft, arent they liable? They could easy post a sign notifing people that there strollers maybe stolen and to lock them up. Hardly any cost to Disneyland and makes people aware there is a theft problem and that the people asking you leave your stroller aren't watching them.
