Divorce name change
I was divorced 13 years ago but want to now change my name back to my maiden name. which forms do I use for Orange county courts? thank you!

It is my understanding that with the cases filed recently, changing your name to a prior name requires only a request filed with the court. Since this is a procedural matter you may be able to do the same for your case if the file has not been destroyed.
