$193,000.00 was placed in escrow by the corporation for their purchse of our taken land. This amount is based on their appraisal of our land. We will have a hearing with our appraisal to come to a fair price. Our attorney wants us to pull out the escrow amount now and says that he can get more money at the hearing - that this money is ours now. What will be the consequences of taking the money now? How will this affect this our hearing? Our appraisal is higher and can be proved.
