Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

i was enrolled in a school where they ripped me off i would have to explain better detail later its very long but short version, they screwed me out of my schooling and what schooling i did get was not worth a penny! we didnt even have a teacher!!! do i have the right to sue for the money that was paid to them? i want my money back i feel that school went back on their contract to educate me!
