Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

My ex-wife has seen a counselor for years. I was accussed of molesting my son for the second time. Both times Child protective services investagated and found nothing to act on. My son stayed with me the recent time in April 2011. My exwife has her counselor speak with the investagator who claimed I need help. That is no right. She should have insurance to cover such unfounded claims. Do I have a case against the counselor?

Unfortunately the law immunizes false reporters of child abuse from civil liability. Probably the most you can do is file a complaint with whatever state agency licenses the counselor.
