Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

False Imprisonment, Prosecuturial Misconduct, Personal Injury While Incarcerated

I need assistance in locating a seasoned (over 10 years experience) attorney in handling civil cases. My statute of limitations will expire on October 15, 1999. I was mislead by an attorney who told me he was experience, but he relinquished my case yesterday, after having in his possession since February 4, 1999.

I am in desparate need to locate an attorney in Southern California. I looked under gurulaw but could not locate any civil attorneys in Southern California, preferably in Long Beach, or Orange County.

I have supporting documents: draft complaint, ruling from Magistrate Judge and medical reports. Please help me.Thank you.

You need to file an answer IMMEDIATELY!!!!! You can deal with your attorney's malpractice at a later date. I have over a decade of experience in civil litigation and I practice throughout the state.
