Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Is anyone familar with the process of joining in on a demurrer/demurrer joinder? Meaning if a co-defendant files a demurrer, joining in their demurrer so if the action is sustained without leave to amend, its sustained as to all parties?

I am quite familiar with it. You need to act quickly so that your joinder is served enough in advance of the hearing that it would be timely as it's own motion. Then you file your own demurrer and incorporate by reference all of the papers filed in support of the pending demurrer.
