you can get the forms from the court clerk for a small fee and any law library will have a practice guide to help you fill out the forms.

Re: Default Judgment

There are many requirements that you have to meet befor a clerk will enter a default judgment. In some cases a clerk cannot even enter a default judgment and you have to go to court and a judge will grant a default judgment. I would be happy to speak with you regarding the default judgment. My wife runs a legal document processing service and I consult so when there is someone who needs legal advice but cannot afford an attorney I can help out and she can fill out the paperwork. I offer free consultations so feel free to call me at 805-546-9918 or email me at [email protected] and I would be happy to help you out.
