Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Using fee waiver, I filed tort action against a public entity hospital. Defense council responded with a demurrer and two strike motions. With my points & authorities opposition, I believe as a proper I can make it past the strike motions hearing on 01/21/2011. If I do, I will have the demurrer vacated with a first amended complaint having cause of actions for negligence, harassment, defamation, frivolity, fraud and malicious prosecution. My amended complaint for San Diego County Superior Court case number 37-2010-00058598-CL-DF-NC will ask $400K for punitive and compensatory relief. My post is a solicitation, not a question because I will email docket contents of my case to any attorney who will look further into it and possibly represent me on a contingency.
