Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Would I be able to file a "breach of contract" case (plaintiff) even if the formed contract (by both parties) are for future payment's outlined in the contract and are not a guaranteed to the defendant, but the defendant breached on another area of the contract, in which I would be taking this person to court for. Hopefully this makes sense.
