Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I need to file a lien against real property owned by my ex-husband for funds he has not paid as ordered by the court in our divorce judgment. The county is Sacramento. The house is currently listed for sale with the title in his name only. I need to know what forms to fill out and what the process is to assign the lien. Thank you.

I suggest re-posting your question under family law. This is something that may have to be handled as part of your divorce case. Even if it doesn't have to, this may be an option worth considering.
