Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I filed a claim against a county court for improper actions taken by a court clerk. The claim was denied. Can I sue in civil court or does the court clerk have immunity??

Without knowing what you allege the clerk did, it is not possible to tell whether the clerk would have immunity for his or her actions.

I agree with Mr. Perry. To illustrate his point: the clerk would probably have immunity if she improperly rejected a document. But she probably would not have immunity if she shot you.
