Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I filed a claim against a county court for improper actions taken by a court clerk. The claim was denied. Can I sue in civil court or does the court clerk have immunity??

Without knowing what you allege the clerk did, it is not possible to tell whether the clerk would have immunity for his or her actions.
