Filing unlimited civil case forms

When filing civil case initiation forms...Summons, Case Cover Sheet, Contract Complaint, Common Counts and Breach of Contract Causes of Action, must the contract/promissory note be filed along with them as attachment? Or is it taken to first court appearance?

It would be a very good idea to attach a contract as an Exhibit (Exhibit A) to the lawsuit.
