Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I have just finally after two years had my daughter returned to me. I have from the very beginning felt I did nothing wrong. Was never charged with a crime had my house invaded without Warrants I was told they need to prove imminent harm however the Police didn't take my children initially just Illegally Searched my house and left saying they'd Call CPS in retaliation for me not permitting them to search my house in Kern County Police have come to believe they are above the Law Just Read Mean Justice although exposed for his Criminal practice of Knowingly prosecuting innocent people he being the District Attorney Reflects how corrupt Kern county has become . however I won because of intense Research and Tenacity. After finding my daughter had been victimized and suffered 3 incidents of abuse in foster care! I honestly believe I have an open and Shut Case against Kern County. Quite Certain that it should be extremely lucrative also wondering if it would be beneficial to start Contacting the Media to publicly expose CPS as what it is Americas version of the Gesatapo

Your difficulty is going to be finding an attorney there in Kern County who will handle a social-worker malpractice case. Your other problem might be the legal time limit for filing a lawsuit which could be as long as two years or as short as six months depending on your attorney's legal strategy.
