Should I finish easement dispute with my nieghbors Title ins. Lawyers? Due to my attorney wont answer my calls, and I have a default judgement now pending too from title company due to we have not finished filing the new title in county. This has happened three times , my attorney not answering my calls and title co, said I have to sign first stating I am not using my attorney and they will send me a new noteory paper to sign, but im afraid

You should consult with an attorney that will respond to your telephone calls. It is strange that the title company is demanding that you proceed without an attorney. It may be that they are having the same problem with your attorney you are having, and are tired of the hassle. Do not sign anything without consulting with an attorney.
