You are obviously the same person who is posting a question to help you respond to each interrogatory. It is simply not feasible in this BBS forum to laser guide you through the entire process. I strongly suggest you save money and hire an attorney to help you with discovery, because you are wasting time (4 days for these to clear Lawguru, before they are posted) and are jeopardizing your case.

There are no objections available to the 16-series questions in the Form Interrogatories. If you don't have enough facts to answer, you have to say so. Bear in mind, however, that you will then be set up for a summary judgment motion, because you will have admitted you don't have evidence to support your contentions. As Mr. Roach said, you are setting yourself up to lose your case trying to handle it yourself with questions to us. We will eventually start rejecting your questions as they are approaching abuse of our free services, and even with our answers you are clearly not knowledgeable enought to win a case on your own against an attorney on the other side. In fact, in nearly 25 years of litigation practice I have never once seen a pro per litigant win against an attorney on the other side.
