Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

For form interrogatory 3.1, does this mean are you a corporation as it relates to the incident? If you are an officer of any corporation, should the answer be yes?

The form interrogatories are directed to a specific party to the lawsuit. The party they are directed to is identified at the top of the first page. If the party named is an individual person, the answer should be "no." If the party named at the top of the first page as the responding party is a business entity, then the answer depends on what legal form of business entity it is. That is the point of the 3-series questions, to determine or prove what business form the responding business entity is.
