Which form?
Hello,
I have won a civil case in Contra Costa County California. I attempted to have a Order to Appear for Examination served on the judgment debtor but the sheriff's department was not able to find him in time. I need to file for a continuance, but the court clerk will not tell me which form I need to do that. All I need is a form name and number so that I can access it online to complete for the judge. Can you PLEASE help? My court date is 7/18/06.

Many courts do not give continuances. The courts make you re-apply for another Order.
