Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
A friend bought me a Mustang a few months ago, we never agreed that I would pay him back but we did talk about it. He know wants the mustang back along with other things that he bought for me as gifts, he also gave me 3300 dollars for my credit card, and he is expecting me to pay it back now. He said that If I don't sign what he wants me to sign that he is going to take me to court. The Mustang is in my name. What are my options? Do I need to give him the car back?

If it was really a gift, it's yours. I would sign nothing and let him take you to court.
