Friend storing personal property in storage unit.

An ex-friend is storing her peoaonal property in a storage unit I rent for my self. I have asked her several times too remove her property, she does not pay any rent on the storage and it was only to be for a short period only. What can I do too get her property out of my storage unit?and if she does not remove her property what can I do with it?

Send her a certified letter, return receipt requested advising her that it is time to remove her goods. You should also tell her that if not removed by a certain date, you will consider the goods or items to be abandonded and you will throw or give them away.
