Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

i have a friend who is threatening to take me to court over a cellphone bill after she asked to leave and now she is trying to get me to pay for the service after we had originally agreed to go our seperate ways and wouldnt give me access to what was on the bill.

You seem not to be telling us al lthe facts. If she wants you to pay for the calls you made, why should you not do that? Did she say she would forever pay your cell phone bills; a judge would assume that was "forever if you stay with me." From what you say, she should win.
