Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Is there a fund setup for residents of CA that have contracted lung cancer from smoking? My mother started smoking back in the 50"s and has been diagnosed with cancer in both lungs. Thanks in advance for any information you can give.

I do not believe there is but on the net look up California law suit against the tabooco firms and contact some of the plaintiff law firms to see if your mother has any remedy, including from any class action set aside fund.
