Garnishment

hello, I have a question, i am a plaintiff and i won a case for $900 and i have a garnishment on this defendant and i also just won another case with the same defendant. The garnishment for the frist case wont be over till about 30 days or so, but i know the defendant wont make an attempt to pay the second debt so my question is can i have 2 garnishment on the same defendant with the same employer? the second case 30 day stay has came and went! I am afraid that if i wait to long that the defendant will QUIT! and she has NO assets ! What to do!

Havin 2 garnishments at the same time will certainly force her to quit. Wait till the 1st judgment is paid then send the 2nd.
