Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I got a gift card letter in the mail from Lids saying that the amount enclosed is 13250493. Of course what was on the gift card wasn't that much. Since its signed and everything do they owe me that much?

That's obviously the serial number and not the amount of the gift card.

Are you shallow enough to believe that they would be bound by that amount if they made a mistake? Do you think the law of this great nation does not relieve people from innocent mistakes?

You seriously lack empathy. I suggest you get some and join the human race.
